This Saturday we skipped off happily to the Good Food and Wine Show 2013 in Cape Town. After a brief moment of over-whelmed-ness, we were back in our groove and set off across the (significant) floor, ready for all the weird and wonderful food-related stuff they could throw at us. We weren’t disappointed! This is what we loved:

1. Ogling Food
…and of course tasting it too!

Come with an empty stomach because the tasting opportunities are endless and the delights greeting you are hard to refuse!

If you missed it, you missed out, but you can always rectify the situation next year. And for those not in Cape Town, good news: Durban, the Good Food and Wine Show 2013 comes to you on the 8- 11 August, and Joburg on the 21-24 September.
