The Wild Clover Market debuts in Stellenbosch

If you are looking for something fun to do with the family on the weekends, here is some good news for you. The Wild Clover Market, an exciting new family market, is debuting in the Winelands this month!

The Wild Clover Market will be open to the public from Saturday 28 February 2015 at the Wild Clover farm along the popular R304 in the heart of the Stellenbosch.

The market will  keep the whole family happy, with delicious food and craft beer for the adults, and a fun entertainment line-up and themed events for the kids.

March sees the market hosting its very own carnival throughout the month. Kids can enjoy all the thrills of a traditional carnival with a host of exciting rides, including a merry go round and Ferris wheel. There will also be a petting zoo, jumping castles and puppet shows.

“The emphasis is definitely on family and this was the rationale behind creating a kids carnival as our first themed event” explains Luke Shadrach, Manager of the Wild Clover Market. “While most markets offer kids great activities, the carnival in the centre of the market is quite unique, complete with fun rides, clowns, games, candy and streams of colour.”

Visitors to the market will be able to take advantage of the more than 50 vendors on site, offering a delightful variety of food options, from home-made delicacies to fresh produce, and a host of art and craft stalls.

The carnival will be open from 28 February –  29 March 2015 on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 4pm.

Entrance is free!
