Treat yourself to world-class operatic entertainment and Italian fare with Pasta e Basta at Grand Provence on Friday the 30th of January.

Pasta e Basta is a unique concept restaurant where the staff –  who are all professionally trained opera singers –  sing  while serving, throughout the evening. The group has performed all over the world and will entertain guests at this heritage wine estate in Franschhoek, together with the Ikamva Vocal Ensemble from Khayalitsha.

The restaurant and cellar will be made over to fit the Italian theme for the evening, complete with a special long table Italian dinner designed by Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst. Whetting the appetite for everything Italian, guests will be welcomed with flutes of Prosecco from 6:30 pm, while dinner will be served at 7:30 pm.
